Jill McCarthy is the President and Founder of Adventure Bright LLC, where she offers coaching and consulting services to help both teams and individuals use their talents to navigate complexity and achieve their desired objectives. She makes it her mission to organize chaos, create effective communication strategies, and build strong relationships.

Jill has worked with a broad base of clients, from national organizations to start-ups, delivering change management programs and internal trainings that focus on personal and professional development.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Jill takes a positive approach to challenges. She emphasizes aligning individuals and teams to overarching goals to establish clarity and eliminate confusion. This approach assists growing companies in developing and refining repeatable processes that weave together organizational units and their functions.

Jill’s perspective has been shaped by two decades of experience in the Employee Benefits arena, giving her a deep understanding of HR Management and Employee Engagement. Additionally, she has delved into research as a resident of the House of Beautiful Business. Her most recent project was working to identify the Ingredients of a Beautiful Work Life. She has also been a speaker at HRUnite!, DisruptHR, ARC, and the University of Buffalo.

Jill has a B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
