If you find yourself talking with an employee who feels overworked, consider asking these questions.

How well is your team communicating right now? Is communication flowing smoothly, or are people simply coping with the tensions? How do you measure whether your team is communicating effectively or not?

As a coach, I hear many stories of disfunction, and I enjoy identifying the root cause. Consider this example and take a guess at the underlying problem:
